This coffee is of the Caturra, Colombia + Castillo varietals. It was cultivated by Miller Erazo Paramija at his farm, Finca El Diviso, in the region of Huila, Colombia. It was picked, depulped, and washed for a cleaner cup. We’ve roasted it to accentuate its juicy body and notes of lemon, tart apple, and sweet pear. It is reminiscent of Grandma’s apple pie or a poached pear tart.
