This coffee is of indigenous heirloom varietals. It was cultivated by a collection of farm holders in the Kochere district of the Gedeo Zone of Ethiopia, near Yirgacheffe. It was picked, depulped, and washed for a cleaner cup at the Chelelektu Washing Station. We’ve roasted it to bring out its notes of pistachio + yellow stone fruits, reminiscent of a trail mix.
