This coffee is a blend of Catuai and Villa Sarchi varietals. It was cultivated by Marcos + Maricela Oviedo at their farm, Finca Sircof in the Central Valley of Grecia, Costa Rica. It’s a honey process, which means the skin and pulp were removed before it was allowed to dry with mucilage intact. We’ve roasted it to honor its notes of golden rum, blackberry, and almond.
