This coffee was cultivated by Carlos Alberto Bendana Albir at his farm, Finca Buenos Aires, in the region of Nueva Segovia Dipilto in Nicaragua. It is of the Catimor variety. It is processed naturally, which means it was allowed to sun-dry with berries intact. We’ve roasted it to showcase its sweet-tart notes of candied strawberry, kiwi, grapefruit and watermelon.
